A fuel tank air permit is required for any gasoline fuel tank in New Jersey - whether above or below the ground.

There are two types of air permits for your fuel tanks:

GP-004A - for Stage I Vapor Recovery ONLY
GP-004B - for State I and Stage II Vapor Recovery
